Always try to move forward to better the experience for my clients!  Just because I think all my clients are AWESOME!!!!!!

Simple.  I just ask for it.

And this is what I got.  It remains ONE OF MY MOST FAVORITE WEDDING PARTY SHOTS EVER!  (This was one of the first weddings I ever shot.)  I was lucky to have an eclectic group of people who were willing to have fun for my camera.  (Eventually even the guys on the right got into it.)

Yes, I always get a formal shot of the bride, groom & the bridal party . . .

But I encourage everyone to have FUN.  Now lets break it down guys . . .  Do a little dance…make a lil’ love & get down tonight….that’s right, get down tonight!  (Yes, I’m singing some KC & the Sunshine band in my head right now…lol)

GIRLS…I LOVE YOU ALL!!!!  I think each & every one of you is as BEAUTIFUL “on the inside” as you are “on the outside” . . . truly, you all are amazing people!  (I am lucky to call each of you a friend…muah…xoxo)

As the boys hung out in the background, Justin joined the girls for some more FUN! I am surprised I got any of these photos in focus because I was laughing sooooooo hard.

I just wanted to share some of these images with potential brides.  I try to cover all areas of my photography when I personally speak to potential clients, but sometimes a PHOTO or PHOTOS do say a THOUSAND WORDS.   It is important for me to try and be creative in the way I capture all the special moments, that is part of who I am as a photographer.  Also, part of my photography includes my personality . . . if I can make my clients, their friends & family all feel happy & relaxed, the images will reflect their happiness.  It is important to me that everyone have FUN with the photos!   These images are  from one of the very first weddings I ever shot.  The wedding of my very dear & wonderful friends, Robyn & James.  I know I was truly blessed to be a part of such an amazing experience.  I will cherish the memories forever because it was at these first stages of my photography that I started finding “my style” and discovering “who I was as a photographer”.  Luckily I was able to do this surrounded by friends and people who supported me & my dream.  My style is ever evolving, for which I am thankful for and remain excited.  Every shoot pushes me to better myself!

AND . . . I am THRILLED to announce I will be shooting HEATHER’S wedding in Las Calentas, Mexico next year…April 2011.   (Heather-BFF & maid of honor to Robyn.  located directly right of the bride in pic above.)

CONGRATS HEATHER & TIM…I can ‘t wait to get my camera on your GORGEOUSNESS!!!!!!

Please feel free to leave me a comment with any opinions or suggestions.  I would appreciate any feedback, again as this is my very first one.  Tammy & Walter eloped, so there was not an engagement shoot to add onto their site.  However, I will be adding a section specifically for the engagement photos or day-after sessions for the brides & grooms.  I can also include more details about the wedding day itself and I will try to figure out all those details as I brainstorm more thoroughly.   For now, this is a start…

Another thing that makes these books so awesome is I custom design them with my clients favorites images from their engagement shoot.  You pick the images and let me do the rest.  I make sure and leave plenty of white space in the design layout, so there is space for all your guests to write short messages, not just sign their name.

The photos are hand mounted on these heavy matted pages, which gives the book a nice sturdy feel.  Also, these books also come with a wrap around cover that matches the printing on the front of the book…attractive to the eye while also protecting the book from scratches and such.

Some images are showcased large, but still leaving that white space for comments & friendly wedding advice.

This book is a 10″ x 10″ so when open the layout is nice and large and the images are powerful!  These books are available in other sides also and although I like the square books, I always let me clients decide. 

I also like to include special pages for both the bride & groom separately.  Here is a peak at what a bride’s page might look like.
