Denise & Rick | Wedding | Part One

Because I have so many favorites from Denise & Rick’s wedding, I’m going to post the images in two parts. Denise has been amazing from the moment I met her. Watching her smile on her wedding day made me all happy inside. Her & Rick are two very special people and this was clearly evident in the amount of love that surrounded them. I must take a moment to comment on how extremely wonderful everyone was. Me and my assistant, Traci, were both made to feel like part of their family. Just as great, was the fact that every person in the bridal party was awesome, it was like we had known them forever. Everyone, both friends and family, were super nice and I was completely blown away by the kindness we received. It was a beautiful day with lots of beautiful people. Below are some of my favorites images…

Denise’s Maggie Sottero dress was one of my most favorite dresses so far. It’s the delicate details that always catch my eye.

Denise was in the middle of getting her make-up and hair done, but I had to grab a photo…she looked so peaceful. Most brides are extremely nervous, but Denise was calm.

I love the way her dress had one strap over the right shoulder…very elegant!

I love shoes…

This is Rick’s daughter, Lia. She was nothing short of A-D-O-R-A-B-L-E~

Hey Lia, I love to smell flowers too…

Denise was fabulous and then some. Thanks to the uber talented, Loren Laney of 40 Volume Salon here in Savannah, her make-up was flawless. (Loren’s contact #912-352-0077) Also, Vanessa Moon of Image Resorts Day Spa & Salon in Camarillo, California did an amazing job with everyone’s hair. Vanessa was such a sweetie and although she lives way on the west coast, I am sure our paths will cross again. (Vanessa’s contact #805-482-3199) So to sum up Denise’s look : her make-up…perfect, her hair…perfect, her dress…perfect and her smile…perfect!

Yes, I purposely focused on the flower in this shot and blurred out Denise. I like to throw in something different once and awhile. 😉

Denise was stunning the entire day and was all smiles…

We tried to stay inside since the wind was blowing so horrible outside. This is one of my favorite shots of Denise and her girls.

I love the connection Denise and Lia share. Very sweet.

Every bride has to have a little attitude, of course Traci and I were egging her on…ha.ha. She was so great to have FUN with her photos, she did not look scared or nervous at all…she looked happy. Thanks Denise for being so wonderful!

I love this shot of Rick and his Dad.

Guess who is a Daddy’s girl…

Did I mention that the guys were hilarious and had me laughing much of the time. Seriously, I’ve never met more hysterical groomsmen…they were all too funny and every one of them was super nice! And yes, he is holding his sword as a pool stick, but he was not shooting with it…luckily I was quick to snap this for a great photo.

You will notice that in most photos of the guys, someone in the bunch is a comedian. Look to the far right…

However, with all the craziness I did manage to get a couple shots with them all behaving well. Thanks guys~

Very nice…however, it was really hard to get them to stop laughing for photos. 🙂

love this one.

To all the friends and family of Denise and Rick…THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for making me feel so appreciated. I had a most amazing day and it was wonderful to meet each and every one of you. Denise & Rick are very lucky to have you all in their lives. Also, I will be posting a Part II of my favorites in the next couple days.

have a blessed day~cassandra m
