I brag on her all the time and with good reason, she is A-D-O-R-A-B-L-E! I get so excited to photograph Madyson, not just because I love her, but also because I never get a bad photo with her. Whether she is laughing (in most of her photos) or screaming (which she often does to express herself)…her photos are always full of happiness & lots of ENERGY! When I take pictures of Madyson, I am capturing moments that I will share with her later in life. Even a simple beach day will be remembered as a wonderful, amazing & FUN day!

When we had our “girls beach day” last week, I snapped a few photos with my small Canon point & shoot camera. I didn’t want to take my large camera & lenses, I just wanted to be able to relax & play with Madyson. So these photos were all taken with my small Canon PowerShot, but they are still great pics to me.

This is one of my favorites photos because this is how I always see her…smiling so big. Plus I love how stylish Anna always has her. Notice the white lace headband with pink bow…it matches her pink & white swimsuit. How cute!

I got Madyson this super cool red turtle beach set…

It had green wheels and would actually roll on the sand.

I think she really liked the red turtle…

She played with it the entire time we were at the beach and that made me feel good. She looked happy and that made me happy.

I love this photo and how she is singing to herself, with not a care in the world…awesome.

And I love that she doesn’t mind getting dirty…

I added a little photoshoping to this pic to bring out the sunny yellow hues. This reminds me of a CD cover for beach songs.

Although this photo is not focused properly (which I will blame on the camera…ha.ha)…I still just love her laugh here.

These last pics with Grandma are a couple of my favorites. MsMaureen reminds me of a glamorous movie star with this hat on, kinda like Audrey Hepburn. I added a grainy black & white tone to this photo to give it that vintage feel.
