On my recent trip to Puerto Rico I was surrounded by some of the most breathtaking and amazing scenery. I wanted to share just a couple of my favorite images, but have a lot more to go through. These are random photos from various days and taken at different times of the day. After I downloaded today, I quickly grabbed out 10 photos to post, so I hope you like them. I was in landscape heaven as I enjoyed walking and hiking along the shoreline, snapping photo after photo after photo. And YES, the water is that beautiful…
This is a unique photo to me because I was actually standing in about 2 feet of water. You can barely see the water ripples because it is so clear. You can see all the rocks and it almost looks like you are standing on sand, but no…I was in the water.
I just really like this image…
This is a shot of El Yunque, the Rain Forest. I took this right before we had a big rainstorm come in. You can see how the mountains rise into the clouds…simply magnificent!
My friend, Jerry and I hiked up the mountains on Palomino Island. This was well worth walking on a dusty trail and stepping on thorns.
A couple last shots that were cool…
Wonderful!!!!
Just love it!!!!
I have totally vacation envy right now.. these are beautiful, I can’t believe how peaceful and vibrant that water is. I had to reread when you said you were in 2 ft of water – you would never know because it’s crystal clear!
These are just beautiful!
I want to go back!!! I’m so glad I got to share my favorite place with you!
OMG!!! YOU have just sold this trip to me…I need to book a flight right now…WOW…simply AMAZING…everything is so CLEAR & REFRESHING…the way your eye sees beauty…always invites one into the story no matter what you are telling…BEAUTIFUL GIRL!!!
Love ya-

Wish I would have gone with you all! 🙂
Angel, Almost unbelievable — God Bless
Wow! Those are breathtaking! I am so glad you described the photos because I thought you were standing on sand, not in the water. So cool. Makes me want to go now! Thanks for sharing!
