On this 12th day of September, 2007, I begin a new journey…a new endeavor…a new way to communicate…WELCOME TO MY BLOG!! It is simply a place where I can keep an online journal…posting photos, thoughts, opinions and from time to time some fun informative stuff.

First let me introduce myself…my name is Cassandra and I am a photographer from Savannah, Ga. I shoot as a hobby, for fun, for entertainment, just because…but mostly these days, I now shoot because it is my job. I wanted to post a few photos for anyone who has never seen the beautiful city of Savannah…and of course, my puppy. Those of you who know me realize this post would not be complete without Mocha gracing the first blog with all his cuteness! He is a Yorkie….and YES YES YES…he is spoiled rotten OR as my sister likes to say “He is Blessed”…

Mocha turned “3” in August…

Some shots of downtown Savannah earlier today…The famous Lucas Theatre…


The squares of Savannah are always filled with talent. Walking through and hearing the distant sound of a sax…well, it doesn’t get an better than this.

As you can see our Talmadge Bridge can easily accommodate a large ship 🙂 This is a common site when you are walking down River Street and just wait until it gets really close.

Of course…a little tribute to my alma mater…This is a sign you see everywhere… seriously, everywhere! SCAD (The Savannah College of Art & Design) has classrooms and buildings all around historical Savannah. This makes getting to class in a hurry alot of FUN when you are trying to maneuver around the horse drawn carriages, Tour trolleys and buses 🙂
