Shooting 28 people and a baby . . . It’s not something I’ve done before, but I couldn’t say no after reading several of Sara’s emails. She communicated with me over several days before we finalized plans for their Family Reunion over on Hilton Head Island. Sara was amazing to coordinate all the details with her family members and keep me in the loop along the way. (thank you Sara~!) I knew it was going to be a big photo shoot, but luckily my friend Margarita (a videographer/photographer) came along to assist me. (Thank you M~!)
OK, so here are some of my favorites of the families. I’m breaking this Photography Shoot up into TWO separate blog posts because I had so many images that I wanted to share . . .
And this is the Mom, Grandmother & Great-Grandmother . . .
Cassandra, these are BEYOND AMAZING! You exceeded our expectations in every way… and you made this a reunion we will remember forever. I will cherish these pictures more than you know – I think we all will! Thanks again for your desire to work with such a large crazy group – and being so patient with us – and everything. Words cannot express how grateful I am!
Sara..YOU are truly a sweetheart!!! Thank you for your wonderful comment above…and thank you for trusting me with such important memories! It was an honor to be part of your family’s day. People like “you” make “me” love my job even more…
Cassandra,
All I can say is “WOW’! It was a feat to get everyone together and you and Margarita were so patient with us all! You made it such an enjoyable time for us and I can tell this is your passion.
You are also right that Sara is amazing (of course, I may be just a tiny bit prejudiced as I’m her Mom).
Thank you, thank you, thank you for all the precious memories you made for us!
Barbara
My pleasure MsBarbara and I agree about your daughter, Sara….she is pretty special. Thank you MsBarbara to you and your three sisters and their families….everyone was so NICE. Much appreciation!
