Whitney is a high school senior that is not only drop dead gorgeous…but she is also very smart! Brains & Beauty. Ranking in the top 10% of her class, she has plans to go into the medical field to become a RN…although I am still hinting that she does some modeling part-time (hee hee). One of the coolest things about Whitney, besides her intoxicating smile, is that she has two different color eyes (see my previous post for a close-up view). One eye color from her Mom & one eye color from her Dad. So cool. Her nickname is “Smiley” and rightfully so, she smiled the entire time I was shooting. However, I did manage to get her “composed” for a few serious shots. I was blown away at the looks I was able to capture without her smiling…those images definitely have the “WOW” factor! Seriously, like ooooohhhh & ahhhhh. I am so excited about those shots and will be posting most of them last.
When Whitney and I talked about her shoot, I had so many ideas & she was up for anything I suggested. We decided to do a couple locations since she was making the drive from out of town. I will blog her photos in a 3 part series because I have so many favorites and could not possibly fit all the images I want to share into one post.
Here are some of my favorites from the first part of the shoot…
I love the light in the next two pics.
oooohhhh, definitely one of my favorites….
This one is “fierce” to me…I love the attitude she gave me here. Then she started laughing…me too. We were having so much fun and when I would asked her not to smile, we both would just start laughing.
Notice the cobblestones…You gotta love Riverstreet for all the character it adds to a photo.
Also, I was loving this wall and the element it provided to the photos…
I think someone alerted Whitney to the fact that I love to shoot feet…so she had her toenails painted this really cool green color.
Whitney, thanks again for allowing me to be creative and thank you for trusting my judgment. I can’t wait to share more of your photos.
